My family and I have just moved out-of-state, We used U-HAUL as our truck rental,their equipment malfunctioned and caused an accident on the interstate. We did what the company advised and contacted their emergency number they were anything but helpful. We were on the side of a three lane interstate with seven kids and spent 2 hours on the phone with them after telling the 12 times where we were and what was going on they advised that we were not to leave there equipment unattended and could not move our family to safety or we would be responsible for any damage incurred they wanted my husband to leave us in order to get all nu,mbers off of the equipment that finally came to rest in the center median... We refused and left the site of accident...this has been three day and the company has been no help and customer servise has not improved at all.
