Tyota dealer scandal

Looking for new car? found car that suited me and ideal for family went to minories toyota at gilesgate moor durham dh1 2hn only to find a sales executive janet alliston who sold me a new toyota corrola 1.4d4d colour collection and was told it would come with everything, ordered new car and left deposit only to find out 4 hours later the car did not have specification i was told and to find that my car was valued wrong and when contacted minories i was later told by janet that she had made a mistake but i would have to pay an extra £1200 because they valued my mazda 3 wrong and were determined that the corrola that i would get would have a spec that even the brocure says i would not get so this is when i experienced a very bad attitude from the manager and was told that i the customer was wrong. Me and my family then went to another toyota dealer and enquired about the same car and was told the spec that the brocure said i then got my car valued at this dealer and only had £300 extra to pay this is when i contacted the manager of minories and asked for my deposit back, i have never been spoken to by any persons like i had at this point i eventually got my deposit back the customer satisfaction that i received from minories was very dissgusting. 2 days later after receiving deposit back we then ordered the same new toyota corrloa 1.4d4d from hodgsons toyota and received excellent customer service and now await arrival of our new car. only advice to other persons is to not aproach janet alliston at minories toyota as she has no product knowledge and easily makes expensive mistakes and completely wasted our time.
