Tutoring Club refuses to refund my money

I signed my daughter up at the Tutoring Club...it is a national chain. It was a high pressure sale...I was not told prior to testing my child that it would cost $75 for the test....the director of the club is mean and judgemental...we left feeling less than joyful...we decided not to join after all...they refuse to give me back my money...minus the test fee and a one hour session...$$$430.oo to be exact! I am so pissed! I gave them $550... I am being fair why won't they?

Hi we are having a problem too they said 32 hours see results didn't happen they said it. Would take more time now 142 hours want refund they now said because we took him out early they raised the price to39 an hour we used their springstone credit and they were paid in full in advance they took $5000+ and want to credit me 1060 total they got in advance was 6600 they don't honor their agreement
