This is the worst place to live atleast for my family!!I have lived here for 8 months. When we first moved in we saw water damage to our kids bathroom they said they would fix it right away, 8 months later the cabnit in the bathroom is falling apart my kids cant even go in there because I worry if the toilet is going to flood again if they use it. The last time it flooded there was ankle deep water going into ever room of the apartment. I called our so called 24hr emergency maintence at about 8 pm nothing so I left a msg, Then I called my father in law to borrow his tiny shop vac to see if i could get some of the water up, so after about 3 hrs of sucking up water, I get a call that the person is coming to fix it. so about 2 am the guy gets here apolizes becaus ethey gave him the wrong apt number and sucks up the water. Now with the cabnit in the bathroom still not fixed I decided to see about my lease, I went to the office they said if we signed the lease they would come fix it right away, That was 3 weeks ago! Finally they are supposed to come tommorow to fix it but we want out of the lease because of the treatment we keep recieving , I am 23 years old I just had a kidney transplant I have 3 daughters a 9 month old 2 year and 4 year old, My wife works for the state harder than she really should and we are tired of it yet they still wont viod the lease even though they have breached our contract, There are many other thins which Ill just copy and paste into here from a letter we sent to them: 1. We had to email TWICE for anything to get done. - once when our apartment flooded (Maintainance page online) - again when we were promised everything would be taken care of when we went to renew the lease 2. We are VERY unhappy at the customer service bestowed upon us. We were promised every step of the way that we would have everything taken care of and only when we go above mgt heads is it ever taken care of. 3. I was told I could receive the State discount 4-5 months ago. When I asked about it a month ago, I was told they just ended it 3 months ago ( I had put in before that) 4. Maegan said we'd be getting a discount for December since we've had to put up with all this stuff, and that hasn't happened. 5. We have the initial lease of all things that were to be completed and when the two came through yesterday they agreed it still needed to be done. (Tara and a guy). 6. When we renewed our lease with Tara the condition was that we'd get our carpets cleaned since they looked horrible after the toilet flooded practically the whole apartment. 2 weeks later we went to inquire as to why the carpets and the cabinets were not taken care of and Megan told us that Tara should have given us a coupon to have the carpets cleaned and that she had not put in the request for the cabinet to be taken care of. 7. It is now 8 months later, all of these things should have been taken care of with the lease we are in now, and still it is not. either way we are leaving at the end of the month I hope this helps out any one that thinks of staying here Thanks Anon
