Truestar has given me much stress since they took my $500.00 after one of their company's claimed bankruptcy. For 5 weeks customer service at the head office lied to me telling me I would get my refund until the bankruptcy claim was in the clear. I joined only weeks before the closure which at that point the company was well aware of their failure. Still they had no problem taking my money. I am a single mom and this money was an early christmas gift from my father because he realizes how my weight affects me. I've already had responses from people in the same position with this company, and would love to hear from you. I have filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau but with more of us we could have a stronger defence. If so e-mail me at trussler@rogers.com.
