This site offred a 10 day free trial. The site didn't come near to living up to their hype so within the trial period I emailed them asking to remove me from their site and told them specific complaints. I tried to follow up with phone calls just to be sure. I believe they fail to answer at that number to avoid discontinuing your service and avoiding their exorbitant $49.99/mo charge. They denied having any contact with me. They poo pooed my reasons for wanting a full refund and basically told me 'we avoided and deny your contacts with us so tough luck lady'. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company but since my printer wasn't working and my incorrect assumption that since they save a copy of any other correspondence associated with my acct. was not true true.com may win. They charged my acct on 7/18, 11 days after my first contact with them, today is 7/22 when I finally reached a service rep & manager who pretty much told me to piss off and enjoy my added month at $49.99. Seems the least these crooks could do is only charge me for the five days. An honorable company would remove it completely!! Don't fool with true.com. The bizarre people who do contact you don't have photos most of the time, neither do they complete profiles. Where do they get these characters?? Certainly not what was on my profile.
