I bought a Miele vacuum cleaner from Tribal UK based purely on price. They were certainly the cheapest but delivery was slow (9 working days as opposed to the 4 or 5 claimed on their website). However, their after-sales service seems to be non-existent. The cleaner stopped working after five days and I followed the website instructions regarding faulty goods but it took three weeks to get a reply by e-mail. Their only suggestion was that I return the cleaner to the manufacturer under warranty. Beware of organisations that sell purely on price; you may regret it in the long run.
