
Travel Incompetence

A travel company on line has yet to come through with our trip correctly and we leave in under 60 days! I have spent countless hours, countless times on the phone and they still have us getting off the cruise ship in San Juan PR. and mysteriously flying out of New Jersey!!!! They said it is all set but cannot correct it on our email or e-tickets!!! Their guarantee say they will fix it fast. Still waiting...waiting...waiting. Waiting since May. It is November. They keep sending me emails to call them because of changes in the flights, however, they cannot correct the problems. It is a nightmare.
