Booked a vacation with airfare included. Brochure price omitted $250 addl for fuel surcharge plus $100 addl for fees and taxes. Received first invoice on June 26 fo $3100; second invoice on June 29 with an additional $50 fuel surcharge total bill now $3150. Travel agency said no guarantee there wouldn't be another increase. Only way to lock in the total $3150 cost was to pay in cash (no credit card). Also travel ins. higher than quoted in brochure. Reason given: I had an old brochure - Mine was dated 2006 tours. Everytime I call the 800 number I get a different rep, and all have different prices. If I cancel the reservation, the company keeps $150 fee, plus I lose the $265 I paid for insurance. Thios is supposedly a very reputable company. Scam or what?????????
