We applied in our kitchen hallway and bathroom two years ago. Apart from a few small areas that cracked and chipped and had to be refilled, the stuff still looks very good and no dirt or stains have appeared. This is in major contrast to the original conventional grout that became uncleanable after a couple of years because we were not diligent in cleaning and resealing. This resulted in dremelling all of the old grout and applying the new product. No regrets!
