Tracfone Ripe off

I have been ripe off by this company 2 now. The first time was when I bought a brand new phone and it did not work when I called the company they said to send it back and they would replace it the catch was they sent a cheaper junker phone to replace the new one that did not work. The second time I went online to get more air time and was charged for it 3 times after several run around with the company I have been told several different story,s I did not wish for any other person to be used by this company the way I have been used they have caused my account to be overdraw and will not pay for there mistake in overdraft fees that have accored because of there mistake.
