I would like to complain about TFS due to an auto repo. I was behind on my car payment, but not by enough to have the car taken. I made a payment online through a line of credit to TFS so my car would not be repo'd as it would be if I missed one more payment. I did not know that a line of credit could not be processed through online payment systems, so it showed up to TFS as there being no money in the account even though there was plenty. Instead of notifying me of the problem they came and took the car. I called them to see why they took it even though I payed and they said there was no money in that account. I explained it was a line of credit and there was money and I could give them the numbers on the phone so they could reprocess the payment if they gave me the car back. I figured they would since it was a mix up and I had good intentions of paying. Instead they became ignorant and disrespectful and said I had to pay off the car, which amounted to around $18,000 if I wanted it back. When asked if I could speak to someone higher up to explain my situation the rep said no I can not, because they will tell me the same thing. I was not even given the chance to speak to management!! Now they sent me a bill that I still owe them $3700, for what they did not resell the car for. TFS does not care about you whatsoever and does not take mix ups into consideration.
