Tow Truck

My car was towed because of late payment from the title company. They called and advised me of this and I managed to get the late payments (2 months) together to pay them, plus I have any towing fees, etc., but now, they refuse to tell me where the car is at for 3 to 5 days. That means, that I will have to pay for additional time for storage. Can they do this?
