
Totally frustrated

I had an unidentified purchase on my credit card and when I called the company to inquire, it was recommended that I file a fraud report and get a new card and it would take about 10-15 days. Subsequently, within a short period of time, I released the alleged fraud because I learned who had made the purchase without my permission. I have been trying to get a new card for days. They didn't tell me until after about 20 calls to their automated telephone system and finding my way through all the options that their computer was going through updating which was causing lots of problems. I was referred to other people and hung up on, told untrue things, argued with about what I knew was untrue to the point of where I wanted to scream and did, and then wanted to cry. When you get cut off, you have to start all over again, because they are not allowed to call out, so they can't call you back. After waiting for my 'overnight' delivery of my new card for two days, I was told it couldn't happen that fast and that I may get it early next week. If I didn't want to keep the mileage I would the card!!!!!! The whole experience has made me want to spit.
