i bought a toshiba laptop 2-3 years ago and it has been the worst investment of my life. it has had a string of problems such as u cant put it on your knees or on a TABLE because it overheats and turns off, several mouse problems, ive needed a new hardrive put in and 2 starter problems. during my warranty i sent it back 4 or 5 times each time they sent it back saying there was nothing wrong with it and refused to give me a new one. i can find no where on their webpages to complain and i think they are a complete disgrace as a company, i got a starter problem fixed today and now it refuses to register that i have a cd drive. it has been a complete shambles from the start and i believe it to be the most over rated company that i have ever had the miss fortune to be coned by!
