We all think back on the one(s) who got away. I had just graduated from high school and a good buddy of mine was dating this gorgeous redhead with a sparkling personality. To be honest, I was envious as hell. Along the way, she had made several comments definitely indicating an interest in me. My buddy who she was dating was, shall we say, a bit "different" and I don't think she was all that happy with him. Being the shy nerd I was at the time, I let her comments pass. Well, he went into the navy and you know how those relationships generally go. I knew where she lived, but being loyal to my buddy, I never visited her. Big mistake! She eventually got lonely and horny, and took up with some motorcycle bum who used her, abused her and then dumped her. By the time I found out about it, she had moved out of state. I’ll bet she would have been one grand fuck, and it may have worked out to be more than just that. The old saying, he who hesitates is lost, sure was true in my case.
