We bought a pair of Tony Lama Boots at Boots Etc Outlet in Commerce Ga. Within 30 days the soles were falling off. We returned the boots and Boots Etc Outlet refused to replace or refund. We contacted Tony Lama and they declined to cover the boots under warranty because of a 'Special Contract' with Boots Etc Outlet.
