We attempted to use their toner to refill our printer. They reassured us that their toner was the best. First they sent us the toner without a chip (which is needed to be able to reuse toner cartridge) then they sent us a new cartridge but it did not work. They said return, which we did, now they refuse to send the refund. They along with Ebay and Paypal have sammed us. Toner Pirate's store is on Ebay. We tried to send negative feedback but we have been pirated through EBay and our account has been suspended! WE have been suspended when others are using our account and we can't. BOTH ARE THIEFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
