First of all, it was NOT double jeopardy because he was tried in the military court. Secondly, if you think Tim Hennis should be SET FREE...THEN...go and get your own children BRUTALLY murdered and your own wives/mothers RAPED and then you'll understand what Gary Eastburn WENT THROUGH Seriously, I think anyone who thinks Timothy Hennis should be set free because of "double jeopardy" deserves to lose their own loved ones to rape and murder because they truly don't get how HORRIBLE rape and murder are and have NO compassion for the murder victims!!!! Oh and you Liberal Fucks: DNA DOES NOT LIE... If it can be used to get a man off of death row, you're just going to have to accept that it can get a man BACK ON IT....
