
T-Mobile problems

I dont know how JDPower & Assoc rated T-Mobile so highly for their customer service. Im so disgusted with them. The reason- I am being unfairly charged for a phone that was damaged through no fault of my own. The outer LCD on the phone had INNER damage to it that was not done by me. No liquid or anything happened to the phone for that to happen & now Im being charged $100.00. I supposively was sent a letter (that I never received) to dispute the charges & what my options were & they cant even resend it. They told me they dont even know where the letter is! I even have their insurance that's supposed to cover loss, theft & PHYSICAL DAMAGE & I wouldve been able to file a claim on it...if I knew about that option. That option is now no longer available for some reason. Nice huh? All they can tell me the reason Im being charged, is due to the phone having physical damage to it. Um, isnt that supposed to be covered?! I did nothing to the phone for the damage to occur to the screen & they couldnt offer a more elaborate explanation, but they sure can put the charge on my bill! I called to complain about the charge & all I heard were countless 'sorry for your inconvenience' & 'I understand your frustration' type of replies...grrrr! They can keep their pity & take proper care of their customers. I wonder if JDPower & Assoc realizes how T-Mobile takes care of problems?! Can anyone offer suggestions on how to handle this matter? I am calling corporate headquarters to see if I can get anywhere with them. Im not expecting much, considering. Please advise asap. Thank you.
