Tmobil called and offered us two new Samsung mobil phones if we signed up for two years, we did. The phones continually dropped the calls and were full of static. We did not realize we called on the 15th day and they would only give us another two of the same awful phones, samsung. They could care less if my spouse works out of town and we have illness in our family and really need good service. they just want to argue we called one day over the 14th day. at this point they could care less about us, it's all about the money. i would not recommend tmobil for integrity or contentious service to the customer. they stink. we are stuck for two years. big corporations really don't care about the consumer, if they did they would give a credit toward a new phone and honor their contract. we have to honor our end, but they don't.
