
TIVO SUCKS!!!!

I BOUGHT 2 TIVO SETS AT ONE TIME. WELL MY HUSBAND WANTED ME TO RETURN ONE; SO I DID. I INSURED IT AT THE POST OFFICE FOR $300 AND 6 WEEKS WENT BY AND TIVE DREW $260 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT! I CALLED THEM UP AND ASKED WHY, AND THEY SAID 'WE NEVER RECEIVED THE TIVO SET'. I SAID I SENT IT. SO, I TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS INSURED, AND I WENT BACK TO THE POST OFFICE TO FILE A CLAIM AND THEY SAID THAT I WOULD NEED A LETTER FROM TIVO STATING THAT THEY NEVER GOT THE SET. I CALLED TIVO BACK AND TOLD THEM WHAT THE POST OFFICE SAID AND THE GUY FROM TIVO SAID, 'OH, WE DON'T DO LETTERS.' I SAID WELL, YOU NEED TO DO THIS ONE, OR ELSE HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO GET MY CLAIM DONE WITH THE POST OFFICE? HE SAID, SORRY; WE JUST DON'T DO LETTERS. I CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND TIVO IS IGNORING THEM. SO, THIS IS A WARNING: I WANT ALL OF YOU OUT THERE TO KNOW IS THAT TIVO SUCKS AND THEY RUN VERY UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. DON'T BUY THEIR SETS.
