Tiscali email address for complaints

I am well P'd off with tiscali who will send a letter to tell them you owe them money and that they will employ a collection company to get their money and that you will have to payfor the privallege but do not give you their eMail address and expect you to deal by letter OR EVEN GIVE YOUR BANK/ CARD DETAILS OUT OVER THE PHONE. 'to TISCALI - look at your own site will you' warnings all over about fraud and cloning etc ho and by the way if you can't find a reputable Internet Service Provider so that you can put out your eMail address why not try B.T openworld..
