Tiscali are Rubbish

Their product is very good, it's just they are unable to sort out how much you have actually paid. They agree that they have been over-charging me for over a year, but here we are 3 months later and they're still billing me the wrong amount (too high) and haven't sent a credit. Every time I call (I have to wait ages for them to answer) there's a differenct excuse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
