TIMESHARE SCAM IN BRANSON MISSOURI

Hi, my name is Sandra Wentworth and my husband is James. My husband has been confined to a Wheelchair for the last 5years. We visited Branson Missouri in October. We visit twice and year and bought into a timeshare with Cross Creek Development with a Mr. John Epps. He promised to help us rent out our timeshare and to have us a cabin ready for October 15th. He has not even started on the Cabin and agreed to give us a full refund. He even called for the information about the routing number to wire the refund. He changed his mind and won't contact me won't answer his phone and won't answer my e-mail's. He is not going to do anything. I have contacted the Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission. If anyone out there has had trouble with him please contact me at 1-618-426-3624.
