timeshare for sale

we wanted to sell our timeshare and seen timeshares for sale or rent on tv. we called and they said they could get it sold within 3-6 months, we paid them 750.00. That was 2 years ago and we have never even had a call about it. When we called to complain, they were very rude with no explanation. so here we are out 750.00 with a timeshare to sell--what a joke and nobody seems to be able to do anything--isn't this just plain robbery
