I find it funny how after 3 years of the worst service I have ever encountered with a company, I would still be bogged down with dis-service from the company after cancelling my accout. Long story short. Had continual problems with my internet service over the last three years (have had over 20 home visits from the company). Now, I have moved and had to wait over a month and a half to get the money refunded to me. But wait, there is more. After I cancelled my account, another payment was debitted out of my account - so technically, they are thieves who have stolen money from someone who is no longer a customer. I'm still working on it but it has been over 8 hours of being on the phone and 3 different CSRs - to no avail.
