Time w girlfriend or friends

I've been seeing a guy off n on for about 7-8 years now. There was a rough patch for about two. Now we've been seeing each other "occasionally" by his terms apparently. He says he loves and misses me but doesnt make any worthwhile effort to spend time together. He seems to have no problem making plans w his friends for entire weekends though even though I've brought up doing this together. He finds nothing wrong in doing this. Dont get me wrong...nothing wrong w spending time w friends. But when you tell someone you love and miss them and agree that spending time together will build a foundation and a bond back, wouldnt you make that person a priority instead of feeling like you dont matter to them?

i would leave the guy sounds like he needs to miss you before he can appritiate having somone who loves him
