time factor a big rip off

nwver order time factor. they claim to have a trial size of their product. I never recieved a trial size. they send a 2 month supply nas soon as you order a trial size. they call that 'auto matic billing ' Whwather or not they send you a product or not. Even if you send the product back they stiil take your money. Time factor has ripped me off 3 months running to the tune of over $300.00 .If any one comes in contact with this company and has a bad experience please go to the federal trade commissions web site and file a complaint. help me stop time factor.
