Tim Horton - du Plateau - Hull

I went to Tim Horton on Du Plateau in Hull yesterday and asked for 2 French Vanilla. The coffee is very hot so we asked to double cup it. The girl was very incompetent. She looked lost and was very slow to respond. We finally got our double cup and drove away without realizing she never gave my change back from a $10.00. So this morning I tried to find their telephone #. Guess What. Nowhere. White pages, yellow pages. No telephone #. Now I call 411 - BELL. They can't find it either but still charge .75 cents. I asked why do you charge me when I got no service. It's policy they say. I asked to talk to her supervisor. Same answer. I call Bell to put a complaint. I know it's only .75 cent but the point is I go no service. I still can't call STUPID Tim Horton. Got no service at Bell either. Will put a complaint there also. But what kind of Tim Horton would not list their telephone #. They have been there long enough. I don't live close to there, I just happen to go to a movie close by. Now I have to drive by to get my 7.00$ or just leave it. I thought Tim Horton was a good franchise???
