I purchased theatre tickets online. As they did not arrive in the post as promised I called the company and was told to collect them on the night. I called the mobile number of the man who was supposed to meet us there, he said he was running late. As he did not call back as promised I tried to call many times but he would not answer. He did not turn up and no explanation has been able to be obtained. He knew I was travelling from North Wales to London for the show. The website is www.ticketuk.com The tickets were purchased for £90.00. What a rip off. Such companies should not be able to carry on trading.
