Ticked Off Rural Mail Carrier

I think the U.S.P.S. is unfair to rural mail carriers. They are always trying to cut our hours and increase our workload. During contract negotiations, they tried to take away our health insurance which we pay a portion of. The price of gas keeps going up, but our EMA (gas and vehicle up keep allowance) doesn't keep up with fuel price increases. I think the U.S.P.S. needs to realize that the rural carrier craft is the most efficient craft they have. I think they should treat us with more respect! Instead, they treat us like a red headed step child!
