we recently went on a allocation on arrival with thomsons travel. we paid for a 3* minimum but ended up in a dirty hotel with broken glass everywhere with gangs of lads roaming the hotel looking for a fight and/or sex - it was the Sol Y Vera in Magaluf. Never use Thomsons for an allocation on arrival
