This company did not tow my car until over 24 hour

I would also like to add that during this 24 hour period I called A.R.S. Tow repeatedly asking why this tow was taking so long and why was my car was still parked at the A.R.S. tow lot after an exchange of over $400.00? Each time the driver gave me an excuse of 'The Company has got me doing other tow jobs.' I was never contacted by any A.R.S. employee regarding the towing of my car. All telephone calls I had to initiate and there were several. ARS told to be at the company office at ten o'clock A.M. for my car to be towed. I arrived at 9:56 A.M. No one showed up to the office until 12:00 noon. My car did not arrive at its destination until one o'clock A.M. the following day. I suggest that if you are a woman and or a minority that you steer clear of this company. We definitely do not matter this company's eyes.
