I don't know how it's done elsewhere, but in my experience, you get this 4X11 card to fill out before you got in and meet your therapist. I've only ever had to do this once, so I don't even know if they still make people do that. I bring it up because under your name, insurance information, cellphone and email information, there were three columns listing possible reasons why you sought counciling. I had assumed that the reason for that was the same reason why Mediums meet with their audience before the show. The person or persons forgot the conversation and are so entranced by how empathic that Mediun and/or therapist is. Well, I checked off my particular neurosises and stopped at a box offering "Suicidal Thoughts". I didn't check it, though I do have them. I have the philosophy that everyone has thoughts about offing themselves. Maybe not serious thoughts about it, mine aren't, but they have had a thought or two about ending one's life before the bills overwhelm them or after someone precious exiting one's reach. I've thought about it. Hell, I even thought about how I'd like for it to happen. (I'd like for it to look like an accident. Fall down a flight of stairs, maybe. Wouldn't want people knowing I did it.) I'm 23 today and I realized that I have less than I did when I was 22. When I was 22, I had less than I did when I 21. So on and so forth. I'm been feeling tired and sick of the life I've been leading. That's the thing, I don't want to live this life, but I still want to live. I want to restart my life, elsewhere.

You are still so young and have so much life ahead of you to live. You can certainly change directions. Just go for it! Do it for yourself. Make it happen.

Many people have to remake their lives over and over. Many of the most successful people have failed more than once before they succeeded. It's common to take two steps back or more before going one step forward. Life is tough, and it isn't fair. Everyone gets knocked down from time to time, some more than others. But the one thing that winners have in common is that they always get up and try again. Don't quit, and somehow you will make it happen for you.
