THERMOSPA DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPT. INSTEAD THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE DEPT. THEY WILL FINALLY AGREE TO PICK UP YOUR SPA AND REPAIR IT AT THE FACTORY, BUT IT NEVER GETS THERE.THEY HAVE MULTIPLE LAME EXCUSES,WILL NOT RETURN CALLS,TELL YOU THAT THEY WOULD NEVER LIE TO YOU.ETC.SAFETY CONCERNS OVER TRIPPED BREAKERS AND FRAME SPLITTING ARE MAJOR PROBLEMS.
