Ok, so here I have been working at Petsmart for a few years now. And let me say, retail is probably the worst place you could work. Really, I like working with animals, but if I have to deal with ONE MORE PERSON telling me they KNOW we carry a certain product because they've bought it here before,,,im afraid I will go postal. Also, animals is somewhat of a specialty type of knowledge, so if you ask me a question, and I answer you, its because I KNOW THE ANSWER. So you don't have to correct me, or tell me what your aunt's cousin's fathers mechanic told her about your dogs breath, or skin, because I have been TRAINED for this. This is what I do for a living. And then they gotta bitch about the prices. Well let me say this,,,when the price if gas goes up, and our trucks are coming from Phoenix, what do you expect? For prices to go lower? Yea. AND SHUT UP about the petperks card and how 'youve had it for years but never saved a dime' because first, we've only had the card in lubbock for about 2 years, and second, ITS A DAMN GOOD THING THE CARD WAS FREE. And really, do ya need 300 different flavors of cat food for that ONE finnicky cat of yours? Come on folks, your making your cat spoiled because your feeding it everything from fish to potato flavored food, what do ya think will happen. That he's gonna say jeez,,,I think I would rather have salmon? NO! And seriously, the next person that says,,,'well ive worked in retail for 30 years and I always have (blank) in stock. Well listen, first of all, about 5 months ago, our distribution center ( yea see if your a CORPORATION you have one of those, you dont buy direct with fedex) pretty much fell over, everything collapsed and got smashed, and it took awhile to recover from that. And if you are so great at retail, please, open up your own store. I really dont mind. And then ya say, well I will never shop here again,,,thats ok, we are a billion dollar company, multi billion in fact, we don't really have to have your what 30 bucks a month. so,,,its cool. i guess thats all i really need to say,,,but please, if your gonna be ugly, ya know, dont come in,,,we'd rather not deal with ya. thanks in lubbock
