witheld $4000 payment then wanted verification of addresswhich was sent topay pal, then Pay pal requested $225.which was sent to Pay pal. Now Pay pal still is not releasing the $4000 and has caused much havoc this will go to the better business bureau before pay pal tries to pull off any more scams,
