BROKER JAMAR BATES CHANGED COMMISION AGREEMENT SELLING AGENT WAS NOT PRESENT DUE TO MULTIPLY TIME CHANGING CLOSING DATE THE COMMISON AGREEMENT WAS NEVER SIGNED BY SELLING AGENT HE CHANGED AGREEMENT IN MLS 3 DAYS LATER. AGENT WILL NOW HAVE TO POLICE AGENT TO MAKE SURE THEFT DOESNT OCCUR HE NOT MEMBER OF BOARD HAVE TO TAKE HIM TO SMALL CLAIM COURT IT IS EMBARRASSING
