The worst Service in the World

I purchased blinds from Budget Blinds I paid for them in full and they were ordered, after 2 weeks the blinds came in and they called to say that they were ready but since I wasn't having them installed the salesman had to bring them out, well after a couple of days from not hearing from the company I called to see when I was going to get my blinds, they said that they were having open house and that they couldn't bring them Thursday but that they would deliver them on Friday, then at 6:00 PM Friday night they called and said that they were to busy to bring them Friday but that they could bring them on Saturday. I then informed them that I wouldn't be home that weekend and they ask if they could just leave them outside . I was really upset and told them I wanted my money back but they said can't do that. The owners were very rude and uncooperative. I think that this is one of the worst companies that I have dealt with for service..
