I had an accident on the road with my rented car, it was hit from the behind when I stopped on a roundabout, the police and ambulance are involved but when I called the rental company which start with the letter 'H', the first sentence they told me was you have to pay 550 pounds for insuarance liability. Later when I deal with the money problem, the local branch manager kept ignoring my phone calls and simply didn't reply it although i left at least 3 to 4 times my mobile number to the assistant. And everything they said to me is they cannot do anything at the stage, all you can do is wait wait and wait. I wasn't being told clearly for optional choices for comprehensive insurance before renting the car, and later they excused that it is my liability to read all the tiny little characters about 3 pages long on the rental agreement.And it has been 2 months since the accident, they've taken about 1000 pound of my money and just sit there do nothing to help. If I was going to rent a car again in my life, this so called no 1 car rental company will not even be my last choice. Their services are crap and the attitude when dealing with customers in an accident is so dishumanized.
