Someone is gaming with employees. Hiring friends and not allowing no one that they're not familiar with to get a job so that they can continue their scheming with peoples lives and their job and stealing money from their paychecks. There is an evil mind game that is played with employees if they decide to speak up for themselves when they notice that they are being treated unjustly. Your time is cut, everyone gets together and talk crap about you, and make you feel totally unwelcome there.
