the government

my complaint is the social services and the way the system is run. i searched for help for years as i couldn't control my eldest son in the end to get him the help he needed i had no choice but to put him in voluntary care of the social services, i still have full parental responsibility for what its worth. he has been in the care system now for 4 years and he has been held back terribly, along the way his records held within the social services very nearly lost me my other 2 children, i lost my home and i had to have a pregnancy terminated through all of the stress being too much for me to cope. my relationship suffered and i endured an 18 month court battle. i am still struggling now with the effects that their wrong doing had on me, my life and my family, not to mention my son who is and has been in wales for the last 2 years. i feel there is no justice, i have not received any help with housing accomodation from the government nor any benefits which would have resulted in me being able to care for my eldest child 24/7 as was needed. the government is paying £4000 per week for his care and i rarely see him as he is a very keen golfer of 1 and half years and his tounaments etc are held at weekends. his education has suffered, my family has suffered. i need justice but cannot find anyone to take on this very complex case and i am sick of people not listening to me and helping find a way of coping with it all. the father who took me to court for the 18 month battle now rarely sees the children at all and he nor the other absent parent has paid a penny in over the last 15 months due to the csa not having a clue how to deal with their work load... needless to say, we are constantly fighting a losing battle with our day to day expenses and our debtors don't give a damn when we try to explain our unique circumstances. your sincerelu karen martin
