The Eight Hour Day

Our company work schedule is from 8:00 to 5:00 with one hour for a lunch break. My co-worker typically arrives no sooner than 8:35. She leaves for 'lunch' by 10:30 and gets back to work around 1:15. She is usually gone by 4:45 but yet she logs an eight hour day on her Official Time Sheet.
