I have never in my life been treated so shoddy by a national car dealer who is suppost to focus on customer relations. Stoneacre at Hyde must be run by the most incompetent managers ever to grace the title of management. This is my own personal view of course, but I personally shall never ever purchase a car from this group ever again !!!!
