Walmart employees tell their customers to have a Happy Thanksgiving but it is hard to be really sincere when the associates have to work a full 8 hour shift and miss time with their own family. If Walmart has to be open they should not be open all day so that the associates could all be able to spend time with their families or associates should not have to work every holiday. Other places alternate holidays that you have to work or they are closed on Thanksgiving. Sometimes I think that companies put more value in the money they are making then the associates that are working for them. November to January is a tought time why not make things a little easier for the emplooyees. Let them spend time with their families. I am sure people would work better getting time to be with families on Thanksgiving.
