Texas Select fraud

Texas Select has gone into receivership, cancelled my insurance policy, and then ran my credit card to charge me a year's premium after the cancellation. Now they won't reverse the charges and I have to go through the dispute process with my credit card. They never should have run the charge through, knowing they were going out of business.
