
Terrible highlights

I got there at 9:40am and I left at 1:05pm.I took more then normal. First of all I went to SMARTSTYLE 1191 IN city of Queen Creek,arizona.For a haircut it went good but the other day I want highlights I tought it would be a good highlights in my hair,I told the women how I want it and then she said ..oh yes I know what to do..so I said to myself ok she said she knows? ok? so I ask her again I want something that will make my face look briter or lighter and then she said? no none of the colors will make your face lighter..I felt insolted!because I have a light skin..but she said it so terrible..but I just said she doesn't know how to make a friendly confesation..I just let it go. So,she started highlight in my hair,she said again did ever had highlights before? and I said yes.She said why you didn't told me ? and I said you didn't asked me and it was 1 year ago.She said your hair it taking so long to came the way you want it. And she said she will do the highlights again but when she was washing my hair she said, I'm getting hate your hair, and I said I'm sorry that my hair is getting mad.And then she said well I just finish washing and if you're not happy you can came back again,to fix more.And then I paid $10.00 eye wax.+ color foil highlights $44.95 + color 10.00=62.95 and then sence I wasn't happy with the results eighter the customer service I just left the tip of $ 2.05. She said $ 2.05? and she act worse you can se her face she didn't liked the tip.But I had my reason:and then I said yes.But after that I saw the receipt she charged me $10.00 more for color but before doing my hightlights I asked if I will be charged for more money she said no..but the end she charged me! So for me I desorve my money back because I was treated right,I been ensolted, eighter my hair.
