terrible food

The milk shake was gritty, with either gelatin or some thickener that stuck to my dental work and tasted adwfull. And the rootbeer was all soda with just a hint of brown color. I left the Citrus Heights, Ca.area and was on the freeway before tasting either of these products. It was aterrbly hot day and I was hoping for a treat on the long way home to the east bay area. I eat at Jack in the box quite often and have never been so disappointed. I will be back in that area to settle my brothers estate and will be stopping at the same place of business-----------hopefully with a credit for the terrible experience that occure. Donna.
