My tenant refuses to pay her rent. Her name is SARA REED. She is a thief, because she will not pay rent. The system sets it up that if you want to evict her, they give her 6 months automatically to 'find a new place'. So she will sit there for 6 more months, not paying rent, while 'trying' to find a new place. I am amazed that people out there are such awful, disgusting people!!!
